Alltruck are the Fleet Management partner of choice for six NHS Ambulance Trusts throughout the UK. Our dedicated Public Sector Department manage around 600 Ambulance vehicles, including front-line blue-light Accident & Emergency (A&E), Rapid Response Vehicles (RRV), and Patient Transport Services (PTS)

Working with these vehicles, we are responsible for the following:

  • Scheduled service and maintenance
  • Annual MOT preparation and presentation
  • 24-hour nationwide breakdown repair/recovery
  • Tyre management
  • Ancillary equipment (e.g. tail-lift, ramp, saloon heater, air-con)
  • Patient Handling Equipment (e.g. stretchers, carry chairs)
