Truckcare - Premier is a quality CV preventative maintenance product. Due to the wide scope of services available through Alltruck Fleet, we are uniquely placed to offer the CV operator a maintenance solution designed to improve vehicle operational efficiency.

Services Included:

• Preventative maintenance programme
  • Ministry inspections based on a frequency as defined by the customer's operator's licence. Typically every 6 or 8 weeks.
  • Periodic brake testing of each axle
  • 'A servicing' with fuel filter change
  • 'B servicing' including oil changes
  • Annual preparation, presentation and fee for the DoT test
• Implement an approved defect reporting system
• Tail lift (if applicable)
  • 6 monthly inspection
  • Annual weight testing & provision of safety certificate
• Refrigeration unit (if applicable);
  • Servicing and maintenance in line with manufacturers' recommendations based on hours of operation.
  • Annual weight testing and provision of safety certificate.
• Courtesy vehicle provision
  • A courtesy vehicle will be provided to assist with collection and delivery of vehicles for inspections and servicing
  • Alternatively if such a courtesy vehicle is unavailable
• Vehicle valet
  • After each inspection the vehicle will be washed externally
  • The cab interior will also be valeted
• Additional services available:
  • Accident management
  • Availability of short term rental vehicles at discounted rates
  • 24 hours emergency telephone number to deal with 'on the road' incidents
