The average store receives 3/5 pallets a week. The annual turnover of the business is £20 million with plans to open 10-15 stores by 2003.
Geoff White, distrubution controller says:
"I first had contact with Alltruck plc in September 1996 working for a company situated next to Alltruck and I have used them exclusively ever since. My first impression of Alltruck was that they are a reliable organisation and the price of truck rental was very competitive. Matthew Coates is particularly helpful and provides a reliable service to Warner Brothers.
"The main objective for using a truck rental product was reliability and price and Alltruck matched this criterion. Matthew Coates has visited the head office and he understands Warner Brother’s business needs. There is a mutual understanding between us; Matt knows that I will only ever want to hire a particular vehicle type.
"I classify Alltruck as a growing, fairly aggressive company that wants business. I can honestly say that I have not had an instant as of yet where I have had to blame Alltruck for me not keeping my promises to my retailers, and I would have no hesitations in recommending Alltruck to anyone else."
