Contract Hire - Support Package
Once Alltruck Hire has established the nature of your transport operation we will design a contract hire agreement to meet your requirements. We can combine an extensive list of services to provide a tailored support package.
The following depicts a few of the added value services that Alltruck Hire can provide:
1) Obtain and renew the road fund licence throughout the contract period
2) Inspecting & servicing the vehicle at the intervals specified
3)
a) Carrying out such maintenance and repairs to the vehicle other than under the servicing program therefore but that to the extent only the same are required other than by reason of damage by accident or abuse.
b) Providing all spare parts and materials for the vehicle other than lubricants and tyres required in connection with the maintenance and repairs.
c) Providing lubricants other than top up lubricants and grease.
4) Arrange and pay for any test required by law and prepare and submit the vehicle for such inspections or tests.
5) Making and negotiating warranty claims in respect of the vehicle.
6) Recalibrating and sealing the tachograph as required by law.
7) In the event of a puncture or blow-out whilst in the UK, as soon as reasonably practicable, such action is taken to permit the vehicle to continue its journey.
8) Replacing worn and defective tyres and tubes for the vehicle as necessary unless such replacement is required by reason of damage by accident or abuse.
9) In the event of the vehicle suffering a breakdown whilst within the UK, as soon as reasonably practicable it is delivered to the place at which it is to be repaired
10) Keeping and maintaining all documents and records relative to the vehicle that are required by law
11) Repainting the vehicle in the hirer's livery at the intervals specified, subject to additional payment if livery should change
12) Washing and cleaning the vehicle at intervals specified
13) Provide a substitute vehicle under the following services
a) Inspection and servicing
b) D o T tests
c) Repainting
d) The services specified in (3) above (repairs)
e) Accident repair
14) Provide a substitute vehicle whilst the vehicle is undergoing
15) Provide all motor fuel for the vehicle
16) Provide parking for the vehicle at the location specified
17) In relation to the provision of drivers
a) Maintain in force, a valid Operators Licence for the vehicle
b) Operate a defect report system
c) Provide tachograph charts
d) Provide top up lubricants and fluids
